Dr. Galvan was born and raised in Arizona and attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate studies. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in California. Dr. Galvan enjoys both the challenge and reward of medicine, as well as advocating for a species other than her own. She loves witnessing the bond between animals and their families and feels it's a privilege to play a part in strengthening that relationship by keeping pets healthy and happy!

Dr. Galvan and her family were in LA for the last 6 years before returning to call Arizona home again. Her family includes her husband, two sons, and two cats (Fred and George). She doesn't have much spare time these days due to her young children, but when she does find it, she enjoys a good HIIT workout, trying out the new latest and greatest restaurants in the area, and taking family vacations.
